Unfortunately I went in today to get balloons and I was turned away because the associate had a “large order that needed to be finished”. There were 3 people behind the counter who just stood there and looked at me, no one tried to help. I visited another party store (who is also very busy due to graduation weekend) and they were more than happy to get the balloons inflated for me. What happened to customer service?

It was my first time at this Michael's store and I was really happy with my experience. Shawn was a great help! They helped framed a painting I was gifting. I didn't really know what I was doing, and Shawn made me feel comfortable with their suggestions and a matt board that helped my painting stand out. I can definitely say I'll be back to this location. Appreciate the help!
